MARMOLADA

The Queen of the Dolomites.
The highest peak in the Dolomites but also a particular mountain.
To the north, the largest Dolomitic glacier. Served by a modern cable car, it is a winter freeride paradise.
The Marmolada glacier in summer offers a different climb from the other routes
of the Dolomites allowing to reach the summit with an excursion between crevasses and lockings.
To the south a limestone wall of 800 meters in height offers climbing of all difficulties.
Worth a visit to the Museum dedicated to the Great War at Cima Serauta reachable by cable car.
