Sella Groupe

A unique mountain for the off-piste! At the heart of the Sellaronda, with its valleys and its canals offers a different type of off-piste: served by the cableway of Passo Pordoi, short approaches on foot or with skis allow you to choose between descents in the powder snow of the slopes facing north and descents with snow turned of the slopes to the south. Forcella Pordoi, Val de Mesdì and Val Lasties are the best known and frequented but many others, Holzer Channel, Joel Canal, Val setus, Val Culea, Val de Siela, Rissa del Daint, Val de Litres, Vallon, Val de Bosli, Glacier Canal, Colonna Canal; reachable with a bit of approach on foot or on skis, always grant unforgettable days. The return is guaranteed by the Dolomiti Superski lifts.In the summer, the Sella Group offers magnificent Vie Ferrate and paths that allow you to cross it even reaching the highest peak, Piz Boè 3.152mt. The whole group and in particular the north-west wall of the Sas' Pordoi, 2950mt, offers climbing routes of all the difficulties, many of which have made the history of mountaineering as the Dibona road of 1911 and the Maria route by Tita Piaz , the Devil of the Dolomites.
